What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Why is do I see 0% VAT on the invoice?

We sell and trade secondhand goods. It's called the Margin scheme wich is 0% VAT.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Voltage 220 Volts and 110 Volts?

1. **Using EU Lightbulbs with 110 Volts:**
- EU lightbulbs (220V - 250V) can be used with 110V.
- They will be less bright and have a longer lifespan.
- The light may become slightly more yellowish.

2. **Plugging European Devices into Non-EU Electricity Networks:**
- All our Vintage Lighting come with a Standard EU Electrical Plug (Type F).
- Use a simple adapter (for example: EU Type F to US) to fit your socket, ensuring it is grounded.
- Adapters are available online and in stores like Home Depot.

3. **Using Non-EU Lightbulbs (E27 or E14):**
- Europe uses E27 Edison and E14 (smaller size) lightbulbs and sockets.
- E26 lightbulbs can be used in E27 sockets.
- E14 lightbulbs are available online and in many stores worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Just add the desired items to your cart and you'll see the shipping price.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
