The story
Bardwell & McAlister made lighting for the Hollywood film studios. The compact keg light, named after its barrel shape, was used on film sets to light actors and details from close by. It is an instantly recognisable piece of American film history.
The restoration
The spotlight was completely renovated, semi-polished and rewired with an E27 fitting, approx. 3 m of cord and a plug. The original switch still works, and the original knob still adjusts the beam from spot to flood.
In your interior
Fully adjustable in height and direction, it brings the atmosphere of a film set into a loft, living room, restaurant or studio. For film lovers, collectors and interior designers looking for a lamp with a real Hollywood story.
