This Frech Jieldé workshop lamp must be one of the most iconic designer Desklamps ever made. This 3-arms Jieldé has got some awesome patina/aging and is colored Black and Green. It's a vintage item, meaning there are signs of wear making it highly unique. The Desklamp got it's orginal light and is fully ready to be used.

The story of Jieldé:
The History of the Jieldé lamp traces back to 1951 when Jean Louis Domecq found himself annoyed by always repairing the existing articulated lamps in his workshop and studio. So one day he decided to design a robust and multifunctional model that caught on internationally and remains a design icon to this day.

Domecq's breakthrough came from a simple yet ingenious idea: to eliminate the troublesome electrical cord that hindered the lamp's full rotation. He envisioned a design where the cord would be concealed within the articulated arm, ensuring it never tangled again.

Additionally, Domecq aimed for interchangeability, devising four fundamental elements that could be mass-produced and effortlessly assembled, even by those lacking in manual dexterity. Conducting electricity through sliding contacts within its joints, it could be extended or contracted according to need, unaffected by vibrations and impervious to water damage.

This industrial Icon will defenitely boost your work space and interior! It's completely adjustable due it's arms. You can adjust every single one of the arms seperately so you will get the perfect look and light. Each arm is 40 cm. The Jielde factory light is mounted on an Disc brake.

The light holds it's original B22 Bajonet fitting and comes with a LED bulb, which is included. You are able to adjust the vintage French Table lamp into different angles.
