The story
EDL was founded in 1922 in Staffordshire, England, as a maker of lighting and cable support systems. Its machinist lamps were built for lathes and workbenches in British factories, and are known for their solid engineering.
The restoration
We deep cleaned the lamp, rewired it and fitted a new E27 socket. The green paint, patina and labels are original.
In your interior
Mounted on a wall beside a workbench, desk or kitchen counter, the four arms let you put the light almost anywhere. The faded green gives warmth to a modern interior.
