The story
Eric Kirkman Cole was known for post-war electrical design. This model 11105 lamp follows the functional thinking of the Bauhaus, "form follows function": a bakelite base, a flexible gooseneck and a reflector that puts the light exactly where you work.
The restoration
Every lamp was rewired for safe use, with an E27 fitting and its original base-mounted switch. The bakelite carries its own patina, so no two lamps are quite the same.
In your interior
On a home-office desk, in an architect's studio, as a bedside reading lamp or on a café counter, it gives focused light with mid-century character.
