A rare find for collectors of vintage photography and film gear: an original Berlebach DDR Studio Tripod Dolly Stand from the 1970s/1980s.
This model was originally part of the Berlebach UNI Stativsystem and is the predecessor of today’s “UNI 800” tripod dolly still offered by Berlebach. Built with extremely sturdy all-metal construction, this piece of equipment reflects the high-quality East German engineering of its time.
The tripod dolly features a central sliding column (extendable up to approx. 46 cm / 18.1 inches high), adjustable via lever. The three rolling wheels allow for smooth mobility, while the handle can be rotated to switch the dolly from rolling mode to a locked standing position for maximum stability. Please note: one of the handlebars is missing, please check photos. This doesn't affect its functionality.
