The story
ARRI, founded in Munich in 1917, built the Arriflex cameras used on film sets around the world. Wooden tripods like this were standard equipment in professional film production in the mid-20th century, prized for their stability.
The restoration
The tripod is offered in its original condition, with the wear of a working life in film. The tripod head is not included.
