The story
Hala was founded in Zeist in 1932 and became one of the first Dutch lighting manufacturers. Designer H.Th.J.A. Busquet gave its work lamps their sober, precise character, and they were used in workshops, offices and drawing rooms across the Netherlands.
The restoration
We rewired the lamp and kept everything else as it was: the old paint, the patina and the original switch.
In your interior
Above a workbench, desk or kitchen counter, the long arm puts light exactly where it is needed and folds back flat against the wall.
