The story
NOS (Nitrous Oxide Systems) bottles became an icon of street racing and car tuning around the turn of the millennium, made famous by The Fast and the Furious films and the game Need for Speed Underground 2. This lamp turns a real fire extinguisher into that iconic nitrous oxide bottle, with a pressure gauge and rotary knob for looks.
The restoration
We built a custom aluminium box frame, hung the reworked NOS bottle inside it and fitted two rotating RGB LED bars with a remote control. It runs on USB power. It is an empty bottle, not a working nitrous tank.
