The story
Georg Michael Pfaff founded his company in Kaiserslautern in 1862. PFAFF became a world name in domestic and industrial sewing machines, known for precision and durability. Lamps like this were clamped to industrial machines to light the needle and fabric.
The restoration
We renovated and polished the lamp, rewired it and fitted a satin black vintage shade in place of the missing original.
In your interior
Small and precise, it suits a desk, a sewing or craft table, or a bedside wall. The polished metal catches the light even when it is switched off.
