The story
Strand Electric of London was Britain's leading maker of stage lighting for much of the 20th century. Its numbered "Patt" (pattern) lights hung in theatres across the country; the Patt 45 is one of its compact spotlights.
The restoration
The spotlight keeps its original green paint and patina. It was rewired with an E27 fitting, approx. 3 m of cord, a switch and a plug. We added barn doors to shape the light; they are not original and can be taken off for the clean look.
In your interior
Fully adjustable in height and direction, it brings theatre atmosphere to a loft, restaurant, shop or living room.
